New to reformer Pilates? This class is the perfect place to start. Intro Reformer is designed to teach the fundamentals of Pilates, including proper reformer setup, basic exercises, breathing techniques, alignment, and safe movement patterns.
Our instructors will guide you through each exercise at a comfortable pace, helping you build confidence, strength, balance, and body awareness while becoming familiar with the equipment.
To ensure a safe and successful experience, all clients must complete at least 3 Intro Reformer classes before advancing to our Intermediate Reformer classes.
Grip socks are required for all Pilates classes.
Reformer Flow

Take your Pilates practice to the next level with Intermediate Reformer. This class builds on the foundations learned in Intro Reformer, incorporating more challenging exercises, increased coordination, balance work, core strength, and full-body conditioning.
Expect a steady-paced flow with more advanced movement patterns, transitions, and variations designed to improve strength, flexibility, stability, and body control. Instructors will offer modifications and progressions to help you continue advancing safely and effectively.
Participants must have completed at least 3 Intro Reformer classes or receive instructor approval before attending this class.

Mat Foundations

Perfect for those new to Pilates or returning to exercise, Beginner Mat Pilates focuses on building a strong foundation through controlled, low-impact movements. This class emphasizes proper breathing, core engagement, posture, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness.
Exercises are performed on a mat with modifications offered throughout class, making it accessible for all fitness levels. You’ll improve strength, mobility, and stability while learning the fundamental principles of Pilates in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Sculpt mat pilates

Challenge your strength, endurance, and core stability in this energizing full-body workout. Intermediate Mat Pilates Sculpt combines traditional Pilates principles with light weights, resistance training, and dynamic movements to create a stronger, leaner, and more toned body.
This faster-paced class builds on foundational Pilates skills while increasing intensity through longer sequences, balance challenges, and muscle-sculpting exercises. Expect to strengthen your core, improve posture, enhance flexibility, and leave feeling stronger from head to toe.
Previous Pilates experience is recommended. Modifications and progressions will be provided to help you work at your appropriate level while continuing to advance your practice.

Fusion Pilates
